Collage.com Review

Posted on September 6, 2012 by Nikhil P Naik

When we talk about creating instant collages using various images and photos, Shape Collage is one hell of a tool that can be used to make beautiful collages. Here we are again to present another wonderful tool that can help you make some amazing collage shapes. We are speaking of Collage.com. It is a powerful web application that makes it easy for the users to make customized photo collages using a collection of photographs and images.

In fact it is similar to Shape Collage but different in the fact that images in Collage.com do not overlap and all the shapes have smooth edges. You also get to create custom word/name shapes. There is nothing to download and all the collages are free to create and share online.

Other Highlighting Features:
  • Collage.com allows users to choose from over 100 shape templates to create their own collage.
  • It is completely a web-oriented script hence doesn’t involve any software download or installation.
  • Collages made here can be shared online for free.
  • You can print the collages on posters or greeting cards.
  • It comes with an auto-arrange technology hence making it easy to resize and arrange the pictures in the appropriate order in order.
  • You can save a lot of time using this tool. Instead of manually uploading selected images to form collage, you can alternatively use Images from your Facebook album to quicken the process.
  • There is also a feature that helps you customize the collage and make it more attractive.
  • You can also create Posters, Canvases, Cards,Blankets,Mugs orMousepads [high quality print] out of the collages for an affordable price.

Here is a beauty that I managed to create using a compilation of images uploaded by one of my friends on Facebook.

The simplicity of Collage.com is something that impressed me. Creating posters are so simple and also a quick process. I also ordered for an 20″ x 30″ poster of the above image and was really happy with the poster that was sent to me. The quality of the photos remained intact hence retaining the originality of the poster. Do Check out Collage.com and come up with some interesting collages.
